Procrastination Made My Life Better!

Yep, you read that right! Procrastination is powerful, but in a “change your life for the better” type of power!

I used to read books, watch Youtube videos about how to get over the habit of procrastination…

Little did I know back then, that in the future, I would be getting paid to teach people how to procrastinate better.

Our culture teaches us how to to stop listening to our gut. That we should go against our better judgment, and force ourselves to push through and do things that our mind tells us to not do.

When we do procrastinate we feel like we are:

  • Irresponsible 
  • Lazy
  • Not being logical 
  • Poor business owner
  • Bad Parent 

Ooof! No wonder we view procrastination has a negative habit! 

Fortunately I have learned otherwise, allowing myself to take on a different belief around this subject. 

Do Something Else

Nowadays, when I feel the urge to not do something, I LISTEN! In the video below I go into further detail how procrastination has allowed me to be more productive and successful in my business and health. Sometimes it's better to just get up and dance, vs doing that chore or task on the list that we are dreading to do.
